(Last Time) help trying to identify parts used in 'The Lego Power Functions Ideas Book'

Hello, I don't suppose anyone could identify one last part from the attached photo please - it's the middle black band/tyre (with 'x4(x6)') written next to it. Meant to ask earlier and forgot to upload this photo. As with my last post, this is from Yoshihito Isogawa's 'The Lego Power Functions Ideas Book' (page 313) and I'm in the process of rounding up parts to build the things.

Obviously will be happy to share the final list!
