Previous customers

Just received an order from someone I know I have shipped to before, but on the order screen it no longer shows a previous order count and on the order summary list the previous customer symbol is not showing. Is this a glitch or has it been removed? I always found it quite handy to see this for nothing else other than a little bit of pride that someone has chosen to come back and shop with me again!

Huh... I checked this a.m. as two of my pending orders are from regulars, and it did show properly for me. Maybe a glitch? I'd email @lawrence with the user name to check.

Perhaps they started a new account for one reason or the other?

@firestar246 Thanks, hit the nail on the head! Seems they have two accounts and the orders have come from both.

I've had the same customer buy from me here and on BL on the same day. Confused the hell out of me when I was writing out the envelopes.
