Shipping Regions
I would like shipping regions like:
Europe (without Netherlands)
World (without Europe)
This way I could create shipping methods for Netherlands, Europe (without Netherlands), World (without Europe).
Currently I have to select Europe and de-select Netherlands from the list, that is do-able.
But if I select World, I have to de-select all Europe countries, which is hardly do-able.
Of course, more generic it would be like:
Europe (without my own country)
Or is there a way to do this with the current features and I am not seeing it?

Excellent idea, I just implemented that for you.
Every region excluding your stores country and World excluding every region.
