Just had an order returned from Russia. Can't figure out why other than a customs refusal?

I don't know if the Russian's are as militant as the US authorities can be, but perhaps they thought it was counter-fit?

They're supposed to provide a reason but if the stamp contains one it isn't clear. Should be given in English or French.

Looks to me that they've stuck on the return to sender sticker but not ticked a reason why?!

Possible the customer didn't pick it up from the collection centre. Apparently
