The listings pages says the store doesn't ship to me, but the store's front page says it does.

    That’ll be down to how they have their shipping methods setup, they likely have incorrectly set a minimum weight or subtotal on their shipping method, so they do ship to you, but not if you only buy that item.

    I'd contact the seller and ask. It could just be a hiccup in their settings that they are not aware of.

    That's not the point. The seller ships to Belgium but Brick Owl is telling me they don't. If it's an issue with the seller's settings, Brick Owl shouldn't display "Seller does not ship to BE" but rather something like "Contact seller for shipping".

    That seller may be losing sales because Brick Owl is misreporting the destinations they ship to, on the listings pages of all places.

    Hi Lawrence you we're right I had put 25p in the subtotal. I've removed that now so hopefully all's well now.
