Lego or not?

Does anyone know if these are Lego or not. They are about the size of Soccer ball 72824. There is a small dimple and on the opposite side of the circumference there is a small hole. They are made from hard plastic but for the life of me I can't find them. Any suggestions please?

Yes, they are: LEGO Technic Bionicle Ball 16.5 mm (54821)
