Spot The Difference

What is the difference between:
https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-criminal-minifigure-140507
and
https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-criminal-minifigure-314872

I appear to have 3 of one and one of the other but cannot see any difference and they are identified as being from the same set.
Am a little confused??

I think the 314872 entry is the suspect one (if you'll excuse the pun...). 140507 lists the figure as being in two sets and this appears to be confirmed by the set images. Either 314872 is a duplicate entry or refers to a different figure but has the wrong picture. Maybe if 140507 ever gets caught he can say it was 314872 "wot done it"
