Would it be possible to create another order print out option? - "Packing List and/or Invoice"

Picking List doesn't have enough info and Order Detail too much.

Currently I enclose a print out of Order Detail, that I also use as a picking list.

Basically all you would need do is add (to Picking List) Store name, seller address, buyer address, invoice subtotal, shipping costs and grand total.

I say "all you need do" flipantly with no knowledge of what is actually involved!!


ALSO I would like to request the following: -

Increase the font size of "item color" and qty ordered - I print 2 pages to 1 page to "save the planet" - well and ink and paper costs!

The current font makes for some difficulty with 3 vs 8 etc - and my eyesight will only get worse!

ALSO I have an idea to help us folks in the US (with the in-state sales tax issue) the ability to be able to select "force quote" by State and then be able to send a quote as "Shipping" less "Discounts" + "tax".

That way you could generate an invoice for the buyer allowing a discount to cover sales tax if you choose to…

With regards to the first point, what about the invoice option?

Whoops I meant receipt, as would be required by a business (some buyers are businesses)

Could the invoice view be used for a receipt in your case?

OK Lawrence, dummy here! I hadn't seen it before?!?!

Looking at the view it is fine for invoice/receipt but wouldn't work as a picking list.

Could you add "personal note" column?

Or make the columns shown user selectable?

What I would like is to print out once per order

Okay, a customizable view is probably the best option here then, I will do that at some point.

On point 1 no action needed - I can print picking list on one side - invoice on other.

Please still consider other points.
