Get price history for items using API

Is it possible to get price history for items through the API? I've looked through them all and couldn't see anything.

We currently have a shop (HappyB) at BrickLink and are planning to move to BrickOwl as well. Being able to download price history would surely attract us even earlier!

There is a cheapest_gbp field on the Catalog API, others could potentially be added depending on need

@Lawrence I saw that field, I was hoping for a field showing the average price items sold for as that's the one I generally use to base my prices on. If that could be added, it would be great.

@Lawrence: The prices in our shop on BrickLink are computed automatically by quite a comprehensive formula. Can you please take a look at http://apidev.bricklink.com/redmine/projects/bricklink-api/wiki/CatalogMethod#Get-Price-Guide? We are gathering data through this method for over 4 years now. Would you be willing to provide something similar? (It should be fairly easy to provide a much better implementation, though! --> thinking of e.g. delta data which BrickLink doesn't offer)

Being able to download via Postman region and country average price by new or used would be AMAZING - that would be a workaround for me to the challenge of the price skew from the store in Spain. :-)

Ooops, my bad! Sorry about that to all our spanish stores... and for what it's worth, I have read the Portugeuse store is terrific, they just really skew the pricing averages in my humble opinion...
