Bricklink and Brickowl inventory synchronisation

Is there something like brickstore I can use to sync both inventories?

No. BrickTrack development is underway, but that won't have a sync feature in the first release. Also, I'm not sure he'll include it in future releases with all the fuss BrickLink is making.

BrickOwl is quickly becoming the central catalog database.
Other sites will make themselves Owl Compatible or they risk perishing.
