Part out - per instance default or prefilled personal note.

So I can add my personal part location data to all parts in part out instead
of populating one at a time, per part out instance.

If you use BrickStock to part out you can add individual remarks on each item or copy and paste to large groups of items. Would that work for you? Brickstock is free to use and pretty easy to learn.
