If I upload a BrickOWL XML Backup Restore file with just 10 items, will my entire inventory be replaced with just the 10 items in the BrickOWL XML Backup Restore file, or will just the 10 items be overwritten, leaving everything else in my inventory unaffected?

It won't delete your inventory for you, so I guess that will work.
