Wrong size?

When compairing Wheel 75 x 17mm (88517) to Wheel 81.6 x 15 Motorcycle (2903), obviously the 2903 is smaller.. Is that 81,6 a typo?

    Just checked and the lego name for this piece is: Lego Name: Rim Ø61.6 X 13.6

    So I submitted an edit to this item.

    Maybe it was mistaken with 2902 that is the tyre of this wheel
