Pricing question

So my business partner have been looking at the prices on our BO store and scratching our heads a bit. I thought we had changed all of our prices to reflect US currency norms with rounding only to 0.00, but when we added all of our stock here from BL everything is showing to the third (0.000). I thought it was a mistake in a setting somewhere, then this morning I added an item that was $0.70 and when the 2 inventories synced it shows on BO as $0.654. I'm confused. Can someone help me out here?

If at all possible I would really rather have everything set to just the 2nd digit. Is there a setting someplace? And why did BO change the price that I had set to something else?

Check your VAT settings.

Where would I find VAT? Tax settings? The system should only be showing tax collected for 1 state, that shouldn't change the overall price would it?

It's best to double check the form carefully as you may have it setup incorrectly
