Part that looks like 6595 but is smaller?

Hi folks, looking for a bit of help! :-) I have four wheels that look exactly like https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-wheel-49-6-x-28-vr-6595, but the dimensions listed for the part (see the Edit tab) are larger than what I have. Mine measure 29mm x 23mm (light gray).

Any ideas? I have looked and looked here and on a few other sites, but 6595 seem to be the only item I can find that aligns.

I think you have 43.2 x 28 Balloon Small (6580)

YES that looks like it! I think I couldn't find it because the title shows different dimensions than the actual part (shows the tire vs. the wheel). Thank you soooo much, @Brick-Cat!
