Confused over police torso ?

Hi all. I have 2 different designs on the police Torso Zippered Jacket with Sheriff's Badge, Walkie-Talkie, and Zippered Pockets (76382) - 1 has a plain back and 1 has the word police on the back. Should these be listed seperately? I have looked but I cant seem to find alisting for the decorated police on back one, Any suggestions please

The one with 'POLICE' on the back is BOID 716822 (the alternate picture shows this) and the blank one is BOID 412618. One mentions hand colour too, so not sure whether this is the same for both.

I also see someone has noted 'POLICE' on back so you could too for further clarification.
