My quotes are awol this morning?
Hi guys,
I had at least 2 open quotes waiting for clarification over the weekend, and they have disappeared this morning. I know the numbers, because I have messages about them from the customers, one saying, "Hey, can you add the shipping so I can order? I can't see the quote."
quote numbers are 2216290 and 1074435. User ID's available to help desk on request, or they can pull from my message file.
When I look at my quotes tab, and look at all quotes, the most recent one shown is January 11, and I usually have 2-3 per week, minimum. Although it IS possible that I've done something to screw it up, it is less likely that I've done something to screw up more than one.
