Setting sale to 0 doesnt seem to work

I have been trying to update my items on sale using the upload XML function. It works fine for any value other than 0, but when I try to set to 0 to remove a sale it says "File uploaded successfully, no updates or new lots found" and does not remove the sale. Is it not possible to remove sales via the XML or am I doing something wrong?

Could you send the XML file to the e-mail address listed in the contact link at the bottom of the page and I can then take a look into that for you. Please also mention exactly which upload option you are using.
