Find the main entry for the unstickered version (not a specific colour), click 'Edit' then scroll down and click 'Create Stickered Version'. A new page will open where you can give a brief name/description, state which set it comes from and colour. There is a box to add any other relevant information. Click 'Submit'. Once approved (which can take a few days depending on admin's workload) you'll receive an email asking you to add a picture. If it's rejected you will be told why, usually because it already exists in the catalogue but needs further work. You could then amend that entry instead.
