I was going to clean up my older coupons by deleting them, but either I am having a significant blonde moment or you cannot delete used or unused coupons. I looked on the main screen (usually BO uses a little trash can, ala the shipping screen) and I looked on the coupon detail screen - I only see an option to disable.
It would be great to be able to delete any coupon in any status. If the constraint is we cannot delete a user-specific coupon as the system has communicated that info to a buyer and it is an implied contract (which makes sense, that seems reasonable), the system should still allow you to delete them once they are used. Or be able to delete them after a reasonable period they don't see use, even if that is a few years.
Thoughts? Are they are any unintended consequences I'm not considering, all? I almost want to suggest the ability to date-constrain coupons ("expires MM/DD/YYYY"), but I believe there are laws in certain American states (e.g., mine <s>) that you cannot have expiration dates on certain coupon types. The EU and other countries may have similar or unique laws.

I think it would be great to tidy up old and unused coupons but I guess they've been issued on a non-expiry basis.
