payment problem via paypal

I made three buys in December and payed them with paypal. I am trying to pay another order and the massage i get is this:"There is an issue with your PayPal funding source, please check your PayPal funding source, for example there may be an issue with your credit card or bank account that you use to fund PayPal." Just yesterday i bought some things from ebay and payed with paypal.Does anyone know what maybe is going on?

have you checked you have enough funds in your pat pal acc i have done it myself brough something only to find funsa had not cleared

Has your bank secured whatever account you have tied to Paypal? I know when I shop more than I typically do my bank auto-freezes my account until I call them (a security "benefit" - except during the holidays! <s>).
