Leaving feedback could be improved

At the moment when logged in, you have your user name top right which when clicked gives a drop down menu.

I like this and I like seeing a number referring to items "needing attention" (new orders, messages etc)

One of those links is feedback which when clicked takes you to recent feedback received, the problem is that on that page you only have "rating" "comment" and "date"

Could you add the following columns to that page? "user name" "order number" (clickable with a link to that order) and a link to leave feedback for that order (if you have not done so)?

At the moment to even look to see if I have left feedback or not involves multiple "clicks"

In addition why not leave a number for action on how many feedbacks need to be left. For example say once an order shipped put an alert up after 7 days so that the buyer/seller knows they have feedback to leave. If 4 orders I purchased shipped Monday then the following Monday if I had not left feedback for those orders yet put a 4 by feedback letting me know there is 4 orders that require my feedback.
