LEGO Yellow Swimming Champion Head (Safety Stud) (10009)

Is this head double sided please. In the picture of the mini figure there are no swimming goggles but on the inventory the head has the goggles - confused.com :)

    The image on BL suggests it's double sided - the main image there has the goggles side showing, and the head image shows both sides.
