Looking for Wind Up Motor Add-Ons

I have a collection of these motors:

I also have a collection of axles and gears.

I am interested in finding a few things to go along with them:

Some sort of arm/crank to wind the motor up (I think these https://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-technic-beam-5-x-0-5-with-axle-hole-each-end-11478 may serve the purpose). But if there is something else made, I would like to know.

I am most interested in something like the transparent yellow paddle/fin shown on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K5B3HnxE2U&t=2s

Any ideas for part with axle holes that may be good for adding to a kit for experimenting with motors and basic legos?
