cancel order

who can help me am still new here how can I cancel an order as a seller?

    Hi, go to the order and there is a 'More Options' button. One of the choices is 'Cancel' - hope this helps!

    @Jay38 Unfortunately, nothing to finder the buyer had already paid and I paid over PP back but can not find anything to cancel

    The order should appear on this list:

    https://www.brickowl.com/mystore/orders/history

    Click on the order and then as @Jay37 says. The cancel order form allows you to refund the order automatically via PayPal, obviously make sure this option isn't selected if you've already refunded.

    If the order doesn't appear on your order history page, you'll need to contact Admin as that would appear to be a bug.
