Possible to test out our shop while closed?

Ideally I'd like to run some test orders in my shop while closed so I know I'm set up and running like I'd like to be. Is that possible?

    You can add items to your cart and test shipping methods but it’s not possible to go through the checkout process while it’s closed. You can set your despatch time to 6-14 days in your store settings to stop your store appearing in the catalog.
