Force small parcel shipping rate for bulky items

Following on from the implementation of 'force shipping quote', I was wondering if it would be possible to force a specific shipping method when a bulky item is added to a buyer's basket.

This would allow the order process to continue uninterrupted by the need to request or respond to a shipping quote.

It would be great to be able to flag 'too big for large letter rate' items, and have orders containing them routed to a small packet based shipping method.

If all the bulky items have dimensions, the normal shipping system with dimension limits should handle that.

Hah - I'd always thought that was designed for sets, so never considered it for individual parts. I'll take a proper look...
