Cancel an order?

A customer has requested I cancel an order which I have done but how Do I actually cancel the order of my orders list please?

On the order itself, click on More Actions, then Cancel. On the next screen decide whether to put items back into stock or not, and whether to allow BO to issue an automatic refund or not (not always available - obviously don't do it if you've already refunded).
