Hi there, is there a chance to transfer my bricklink inventory to Brickowl?

Or you can download it all in .xml then import it into BO (if you're full-on moving over). If you're straddling both platforms, you def want Bricksync as GiveMeABrick noted. :-)

I understood it as a "full-on moving" as well, but I was thinking this could be accomplished with a one-off use of BrickSync just to sync both inventories and shut down BrickSync afterwards.

Would that work? Would that be a waste of resources?

Not so much a waste of resources, it is just more complex. You'd have to set bricksync up with all the hassle of getting the keys etc correct. A straight-up download of the XML and upload would be quite a bit faster methinks.

i would straddling both platforms with the same inventory
so that both inventory can be changed automatically when sold

Hi guys. I'm trying to do the same thing - move BL to BO. BO gives me Invalid Lot IDS when I upload either XML or BSX formats. And Bricksync isn't working either - I loaded the APIs and everything. Any advice?

Most “bricksync not working” is user. The instructions cover everything you need to know.

@Stragus is awol. Until he returns there is no direct support.

Don’t run over 250k parts without registration, which you can’t get whilst he is absent.

There will be many “missing” items due to lack of blid’s on BrickOwl

If you want to run stores in parallel you absolutely need bricksync. Unless you can keep track of inventory manually. Probably could if it’s just sets
