missing/changed inventory

I am not sure if this has been asked but has anyone had items suddenly down to 0 quantity in your inventory? we have been finding this a lot lately, we go to add some pieces and the inventory count is 0 but we have heaps of the item. Are we doing something wrong, we are not new.

If you go to the history tab of your inventory you can see the cause of any quantity changes to items
