Customer stuck on quote
Hi,
Need some help, have a customer who has sent a quote which I've quoted for. He has tried to pay with credit card which failed and now trying to pay by Paypal but it keeps taking him back to quote page. I've had nothing through at Paypal and the quote hasn't changed status at all.
He's a new member and a little frustrated as he says just wants to pay. I'm not sure what has happened but is there anyway that I can manually change the status of quote to a proper order, get him to Paypal me and then I can change status to paid and ship to him. Don't really want him to go away dissatisfied from his first experience. Any help would be great as I'm totally stuck here. Thanks, Stu
