I had a customer say they are having problems with PayPal payments. They called PayPal and nothing is being processed to the point where PayPal can see it.
This either resolved itself or it was on just the buyer's side. Do any of you sellers have options in case of issues? I added a cash option with the link to my paypal.me site in case of problems, not sure if I should keep it or not. The site seems to run pretty smoothly but I hate to lose a sale in case of an issue.
