Postage costs ??

Would someone be kind enough to check my shipping costs please? I have had 2 customers this week who informed me that the only shipping costs available for me is Hermes!!! Will someone please check for me? I have had other orders this week who have asked for Royal Mail so really dont understand!!

Ive just popped a couple of things into a basket and your shipping options seemed fine. Had the various Royal Mail options appear as well as Hermes.
