What to do if a store has not shipped your items in over a month?

on the 5th of October I ordered some items from a store. I waited for a week and the status was still payment received. So i contacted the seller and no response. So i waited for another 2 weeks contacted the seller again ans still no response. Its been exactly one month to the day that i ordered from this store and it still says payment received and i have not received the order yet. What should be my next step? Or did i just get scammed??

    Seems strange to me. What's their feedback like? Does it look like this has happened before with them? If a store cannot ship within their specified timescale (for example by being on holiday) I believe they are expected to temporarily close the store. The fact they haven't responded is worrying. I would recommend getting in touch with the BO admin using the contact link at the bottom of the page and see if they can help.
