How do you exclude something in your search?

In more sophisticated search algorithms you can exclude an item in your search by using a “-“ as a prefix. When trying that here it actually does the opposite. For example:

Wheel -duplo gives me all duplo instead of excluding this

Is there a bug in the search routine or is this badly needed option not available here. Bricklink has it

Hmmm... generally my advanced searches include not exclude, so I couldn't say. That is something we would definitely want though if it wasn't too onerous to code!
