Tracking + store description

Hi All :)

I am new here and trying to setup the store. I would really appreciate your help, especially in regards to the below queries:

1. Store description - how to add description (additional info) for my store under ''Welcome to...store name'' ?
2. Tracking - how does it work? Where can I add the cost for tracking? The courier I wish to ship the items is charging approx 2-3€ to add tracking. How can I add this amount to the final cost if the customer is willing to pay this amount for the tracking?

Your help in regards to the above is very appreciated. I might get back with more questions as well :)

1) Edit the 'home' page here: https://www.brickowl.com/mystore/pages

2) You need to set up two shipping options. One with tracking, one without.
