How to add assemblies?

I have an assembly 3937 Hinge base and Top (http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-hinge-1-x-2-base-assembly-3937).

How can I 'tell' the system that it contains the items:
http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-hinge-1-x-2-top-3938 and
http://brickowl.com/catalog/lego-hinge-1-x-2-base-3937

Is this an inventory of 2 items? Is there a way to show this in the catalog?

If you pick a colour, you can then do the inventory for that colour. The inventory will then be copied across to all the other colours.
