Well done. It can be very slow at the start when inventory is low, people like to try and get everything in one order where possible. We opened on about 1000 lots and 50000 parts and took weeks for first order and longer until we got into a pattern of any sort, before you know it you have tons of bricks and orders but you do have to keep investing back for a while to get it really going. We are now selling up but if the other stuff does not pan out Id jump back into Brick Owl without question.
It does take patience until you get an increase in inventory (having some unique items def helps... then while they're there, they'll pick up other regular parts to save on shipping. That is how I shop! <s>).
That is why we didn't even bother to open until we had 11k lots and 110k parts (even with that, we'll never be the biggest, but we have been VERY fortunate in receiving steady business! <s>).
