I just stumbled upon a seller that has a load of recent negatives for non delivery (or contact).
Immediately I think "something" must have happened (illness/hospital etc).
This is why I am very cautious about leaving negative feedback. There have been occaisions elsewhere, when a seller was struck off for negatives, only later was it discovered why - in one case it was due to a heart attack another a car accident.
"Stuff Happens" SO how about an automated refund due to lack of response (ie not marking the order as "processing"/"processed" etc) to be triggered after a resonable length of time?
It would save an otherwise good seller, AND it would pacify (somewhat) the buyer - perhaps along with an automated message of apology?
Thoughts?

Lazy seller = "possibly" (likely?) poor service (or worse)
Reasonable time - suggest 1 week?
How many sellers don't update status? Especially here it would get really confusing, as you would have a (possibly) huge number of open orders with reminders at top every time you look at the site!
