We have now made the decision to shut our Lego store and are selling all inventory, right now we would prefer to sell as a job lot which would be a fantastic opportunity for a new seller with cash to invest to really hit the ground running or a existing store to really boost the inventory and become one of the UK's best stocked Brick Owl stores.
Our inventory is all new and made up of 5324 lots 669233 parts and a total at our store prices of £44858.67 and we sit in the top 3 for a large number of parts and top 5 to 10 for the rest. We have turned over 10k in the last year via this site and a further 8k via our ebay store but never sold on Brick Link.
The stock is sorted into Really Useful Boxes hobby trays with 352 small 15 compartment trays (RRP £3 each) and 132 larger 16 compartment trays (RRP £6 each. Some bulk lots are in either 1 ltr or 5 ltr boxes (15 each) and the rest sorted into grip seal bags by brick type and colour waiting to be put into trays. There is also 5 64ltr Really useful boxes and the total cost of all this was approx £2200.00.
The rest is in a large draw unit made up of plastic draw units from Pound Stretcher stores and has a total of 153 draws that are approx 9-12-2.5 inch and RRP was £8 for 3 draws. Main body is black and draws clear and breaks down to 153 parts so can be configured as needed but each stack would need to be tapped to each other to make more stable. Cost approx £400 to build but does have some minor issues so is being given free with the deal.
We also have a couple of boxes of grip seal bags (easy 10k plus) and bundles of flat type boxes approx 200 in two sizes costing us approx £150.
Every brick in the store is included and we are based at a storage unit on the A13 near Barking, Essex and viewing can be arranged.
We are asking for £19,000 for the lot or very sensible offers.
Shelving can be provided to if needed, the storage room has 2 60x18x78 and 2 36x24x78 five shelf units and 2 48x18x38 which the draw units currently site across but can be made into one unit. These was bought via Big Dug and are blue steel with chip board shelf's, cost us approx £500 and open to sensible offer on those.
Please only genuine enquires via message to start. Not been the easiest decision to make but one that had to be and one someone could do very well out of.
