Can't find the "Feedback Boost" page again

I have just synced my inventory over from Bricklink somewhere I saw that there was a page where you could request a feedback boost. Can someone please tell just where to find it!

It looks like the feedback boost form was submitted but we didn't receive the followup email of the boost from yourself. That has now been reset on your account so that you can try again. Please be sure to send the email using the link once the form is submitted.
