Inventory search for "missing comments"?

Is there a way to search "my inventory" for all items "missing my comments"?

Listed as suggestion... because

If not PLEASE add it - comments (aka "remarks") is how I keep track of my inventory (and I am sure many others too!)

I have been adding quite a few sets with "new lots" and have no way of adding a location to them - where it's a new color of a part already in my inventory, not a big problem (because I know where they are) BUT new part is - and I now have several trays of parts in unresolved/unalocated locations.

Thanks!

  • Hi Graham, Admin recently added a search on inventory by comments at my request for this... this will return all the items with no comments 1st in the search results.

And instead of helping a fellow dude who's also feeling old by explaining it, you let me search for it ...

So for all you 'old' people out there: HTH = hope that helps

    That's stage 2!

Stage 1 is trying to figure out placement of commonly sold items so "you don't have to get down on your knees" (or bend down too much)

USofA folks - when you DO eventually get old - some advice DO NOT join AARP "for the great discounts" - there aren't any + you get endless solicitations for life insurance and even one that said in LARGE print "who will pay when you die" - I kid you not. :O

On the plus side you get "senior" discounts at IHOP - which I happily argued with the waitress that I was old enough to qualify! :D
