Double items in my inventory, 1 with zero quantity

Hello everyone,i'm having double lots in my inventory.I got one with zero quantity and the other one with 1 quantity.

My inventory have 4000 empty lots.My bricksync conf is this:
// Set to non-zero to retain all lots on BrickLink, BrickOwl and tracked inventory
retainemptylots = 0;

// Set to non-zero to reuse existing and empty BrickOwl lots with matching external_id/LotIDs
brickowl.reuseempty = 0;

I do i delete all this empty lots?
What trigger this empty lots?

If you look at your inventory, you can switch to history mode to see the history of specific items which may help you understand the issue

Look like it was change by API on all of them.How can i delete all this empty lots? Fonction clear doesn't make it.

Filter to the left 'quantity 0'

Then use the drop-down box to delete.
