Russian translation help?

Anyone around here better with Russian than Google translate that can help me understand a note I received?

I do not know Russian but I would try out this website:

They take several online translating websites and you can compare them side by side. Doing this may help you understand things that one translating service is not good at.

Just be careful. It is ran by ads and can be hard to see what button you are actually supposed to push.

Thank you Chris, that is making this easier.

Each one seems to clear up a part the another did not, exactly as you suggested. Not perfect but much clearer.
