PayPal transactions not showing

I have 2 orders that have paid using PayPal in the last few hours, both have transactions numbers, however there is no record of them in PayPal. I have had 2 other orders in the same time over on BL and both of those transactions are showing. Is this a BO issue? Anyone else having this?

    Its a PayPal issue that happens now and then, it will catch up and if you check your overall balance the money is there. Got the same problem today with ebay sales in the last hour and seen it at least 10 times in the last year.

    On the other site there is a similar thread, and one poster said he tried to call Paypal and was told the wait time was between 7 and 11 hours. Guess PP has a very bad day...

    PayPal was having issues last night - I couldn't print postage for a few hours. They have a downtime link my husband found by Googling... it came back up, fortunately, so I could ship most of my open orders.
