Thank you SO MUCH for the new feature where refunds are auto-set to zero. That one little click is a timesaver, particularly with shipping defaulting to 0!
We all appreciate all that you (and your team... do you have a team?) do for us! Its these kinds of touches that continue to make the BO system such a pleasant interface to work with as a seller. =D>
