Store not responding
Hi,
I placed a small order with a store on July 9th. Payment was taken immediately, but the order has remained as "payment received" since.
Nothing has arrived, despite the store quoting despatch being in 1-3 days. I've messaged the store and received no reply either.
Who do I contact to cancel the order, and obtain a refund ?
