Merging orders as a seller?

Is there any way to merge orders as a seller? I've had 2 orders submitted from the same buyer, and they want to merge them, but did not do it from their side. Suggestions?

I think the only way would be refund shipping on one order then combine them on your end

We don't merge orders here, but rather combine shipping. As mentioned by Graham, to get the same effect, you would need to just refund whatever amount of shipping is appropriate on one order and then ship them in the same package.
