Order stuck on payment submitted?

I have an order from a buyer in Singapore, it just shows as "payment submitted" on BO - yet on PayPal it shows as paid, any idea why?

Buyer used "request a quote" and paid after I sent quote.

I am using PayPal for Business

  • Because the customer changed the order status from payment received to payment submitted. I have now prevented customers from changing the order status backwards in such a manner. The seller can still do that though. If you wish, you can now manually set the status back to "payment received".
