500 - Internal server error messages

What's a matter with this site? ... I don't routinely get 500 - Internal server error messages when I try to use this site.

Maybe Brick Owl just isn't using the same World Class IT staff that the other site uses :))

    I’m very sorry to hear of the trouble you are having, would you be able to let us know on what page you experienced this issue? Any other information about what actions were being taken at the time may help us locate the issue.

    Lawrence - he was being sarcastic. He was referring to an 8-hour outtage that BL had the other day, and was commenting that BO does NOT have the same level of outtages. (I had to read it twice too!)

    To be fair, there have been outages on BO, but at least they're always explained and apologised for. They're far too defensive over on BL, ridiculously so.

    Lawrence - I am sorry that my sense of humour is warped ... no offense to Brick Owl intended ... just an observation that other sites could be learn from Brick Owl
